Tile unveiled in vestibule area. Five layers or more of paint uncovered this tile detail.

Detailed Paint Removal

My genius Building "can remove just about everything from a Masonary Building" guy Rich Kolb. Did a fantastic job on getting this building back to original Brick without compromising the Brick or the mortar joints or the community. Nothing worse then the use of caustic strippers and colored water running down the street into the sewer system. This was an enviromentally sesitive process.

Brick Anchoring with SS Helibar

This building had a bow in the center which is prevelent on older brick buildings. It also had cracked brick as well as separated mortar joints. To repair this we used a 6mm Helibar stainless steel rod which is drilled into the brick and connects to the masonary behind the face brick. There was a pattern mapped out on the building for where these were to be specifically installed this was done by a structural engineer Plus strict attention paid to manufactureres specifivations.

Side of the Building

We removed a metal corrogated siding which had seen better days and insulated all the walls replaced sub siding with new plywood and new replacement windows, This area will be wired then stuccoed.

Sill Replacement

There are six Marvin Restoration windows going in this building in the front. Exterior window sills and head pieces had to be replaced. Spme were worse then others.

White Oak Head pieces over windows

We had to leave the verticle Window Trim which was in great shape
